Whether it's leading the redesign of Tesco's Grocery app (which became the UK's most accessible and highest-rated grocery app) or transforming design and research capabilities at companies like Farfetch and Wayflyer I'm passionate about building teams that solve genuine customer problems whilst delivering measurable value.
